Applesauce Pancakes

by Brittany on October 21, 2008

Generally, I am not a pancake fan… but these ones are delicious! They are really moist and sweet even though there is only one tablespoon of sugar.  I like them with butter and warm applesauce with a little drizzle of maple syrup.  Mom used to make these pancakes for us growing up… talk about fantastic comfort food!
