This is my favorite way to serve steak. It is so flavorful. My husband and I both love it. I think when it comes to marinating, the longer the better. When I served this yesterday, I scored the steaks and put them in the marinade in the morning, and by dinnertime they were perfect.

Erin, this looks awesome! I can’t wait to try it!
This marinade sounds wonderful! I think Brad would love this! Did you use flank steak–or is that a different cut??
Sounds fabulous!! I can’t wait to try this. I bet it would be good with other cuts of steak too…I never buy flank steak!
Yeah, to be honest I don’t really know cuts of meat very well. I just buy steaks when they are on ‘manager’s special’. So, whatever cut of steak you have, that will be tender when grilled. :)
Interesting marinade – I’m always looking for another way to change up the flavours and flank steak is a great cut to do it with.
I’m definitely printing this recipe out to keep!

I’m going to give your marinade a try on some venison steaks.
